Check-in for participation in the activities must be carried out at the CIMAV facilities up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

ASS. Dinamika is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal objects during its activity.

Participation in any activity for customers who present themselves with inappropriate or offensive clothing and / or under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is prohibited.

With the purchase of the ticket to participate in the activities, Ass. Dinamika is authorized to capture and use the photographs obtained during the organized activity to which the ticket refers. If you do not authorize the capture and use of photographs and videos with your image, you must express it in CIMAV at check-in.

When renting sports equipment, the customer must take care of it and return it in the same condition as it was delivered to him, otherwise, he will have to bear the cost of repair or even the total cost.

Assam Dinamika has all the required insurance, being licensed by Turismo de Portugal (RNAAT nº 986/2016 ).

Personal data collected by Ass. Dinamika during the booking process are used exclusively and exclusively for the client's check-in procedure. The customer's data will not be used for any other purpose, unless the customer authorizes to use it for the purposes of Email Marketing.

Ass. Dinamika reserves the right to change prices. ~ VAT included at the legal rate in force.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

The reservation must be canceled up to 48 hours before the activity starts. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be entitled to a refund, except in the presentation of a medical report.

If Ass. Dinamika cancels an experience due to sea or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If such a change is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
